Turnaround time:   We are a very small team and this is a brand new offering made by hand.  We appreciate your patience with our current fulfillment timeline.   Store Pickups: Your order will be ready in 5 business days.  Please note we are closed on Mondays, so this does not count as a business day.   Upon checkout, you'll count out a minimum of 5 business days.  If your order is ready earlier, you'll receive an email! Shipping:  We currently require 10 business days for shipping.

Custom Handwriting: We cannot guarantee that we can digitize your handwriting sample.  In the event we cannot digitize it, we'll refund your order and let you know via email.  Please make sure the image is clear and bright.    The handwriting cannot be too small or thin and must fit in a 4"x4" area.

Thread Color: Currently, we are only accepting one color per item.  This means the text and the motif will be the same color on the item.
