Flowers & Floral Products

All flowers are final sale.

Flowers are perishable and seasonal by nature. All floral offerings are designer’s choice. While we welcome requests and inspiration, specific flowers, colors, or designs are not guaranteed, and the floral designer has final creative discretion.

In the rare event that flowers arrive damaged at the time of pickup, please contact us immediately so we can review the issue. We are not responsible for damage caused after pickup or by third-party delivery services.

Workshops & Events

All workshops and event tickets are final sale and non-refundable.

Tickets are not transferable to a different event or date. However, you may transfer your ticket to another person to attend the same event you purchased. No notification is required. The guest may check in under the original order name or order number.

If an event does not meet the minimum required attendance, guests will be notified and given the option of a refund or store credit.

Custom Embroidery

All custom embroidery is final sale.

Because each item is made to order, design placement, sizing, and execution are completed using the staff member’s professional judgment. Minor variations are part of the custom process and are not considered defects.

Other Goods

We sell a very limited selection of non-perishable goods, such as greeting cards and candles, primarily through pop-ups or special offerings. These items are final sale unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
