The nose, delicate, displays notes of red fruits, currants and raspberries, with a touch of spices. It is a very elegant and pleasant wine with a good standing and an overtone of softness. On the finish, it is slightly spicy.

Grapes: Cabernet, Syrah, Caladoc, Tempranillo

Aged in French Oak barrels for 6 months. 

Pairings: Lamb, duck, beef.
